A black and white postcard featuring Eoin MacNeill (1867- 1945). From County Antrim, he was founder of both the Gaelic League and the Irish Volunteers. He gave orders cancelling the Rising and took no part but was arrested afterwards as head of the Irish Volunteers. . 1916
