Black and white image of Glenstal Castle (now Abbey) Co. Limerick. This is a Norman revival castle built between 1836 -39 for Sir Matthew Barrington. In 1927 it became a Benedictine monastery which has expanded and is also a school and retreat. 4 October 1924
