Description

Black and white image of Ballyduagh castle and church. The 'castle' is described in the Historic Environment Viewer as a 17th century house. This was a two storey with attic and was probably a 5 bay house. In the Civil Survey Ballyduagh is listed as the land of Donogh Kearney and included a thatched house. The church stands by the graveyard and is enclosed by a wall of a later date. Mid 20th century.
