Description

Black and white image of the entrance to the old catholic church in Holycross. This is St. Michael's and was in use as the Holycross parish church between 1832 and 1975. It is a good example of a rectangular barn church. The church became a community centre on the restoration and reconsecration of Holycross Abbey, which serves as the parish church to this day.
